INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING, RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

International Shipping

For international orders, shipping is free for purchases over 1,000 USD. For orders under 1,000 USD, a flat shipping fee of 30 USD will be applied. All shipments will be sent through YURTICI Cargo.

Please note that any customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.

Your orders will be sent to your registered delivery address within 3 working days. Your international orders will be sent to your registered delivery address within 7 working days at the latest. Please check your shipping address before placing your order.

International Returns

You may return products purchased from Realmofbe.com within 14 days of the delivery date by first completing the Return Request Form and sending it via email to customercare@realmofbe.com.

To be eligible for return, items must meet the following conditions:
- The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
- Products that are damaged, used, or otherwise unsellable will not be accepted.

Please note that shipping and customs fees for international returns are the responsibility of the customer. Due to customs regulations, any applicable customs duties on returns will be deducted from your refund. These charges may vary depending on the current customs regulations.

Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be processed within 3 business days and sent to your bank. The refunded amount will appear on your card within 1–3 business days, depending on your bank’s processing times. Refunds for installment payments will be issued according to your bank’s procedures.

International Exchanges

We currently do not accept exchanges as all our products are made to order. Please ensure you select your sizes carefully before placing your order.
