SHIPPING & RETURNS

 

Realm of Be is a brand that aims to provide unconditional customer satisfaction. Shipping is free on all your domestic orders within Turkey. For international orders, shipping is free for purchases over 1,000 USD. For orders under 1,000 USD, a flat shipping fee of 30 USD will be applied. All shipments will be sent through YURTICI Cargo.

Shipping:

Your domestic orders will be sent to your registered delivery address within 3 working days. Your international orders will be sent to your registered delivery address within 7 working days at the latest. Please check your shipping address before placing your order.

RETURN POLICY

At Realm of Be, all products are made to order. This ensures the highest level of quality and craftsmanship tailored specifically for you. Due to this custom production process, we do not accept returns or exchanges for any of our products.

International Shipping:

Shipping is free for international orders over 1,000 USD. For orders under 1,000 USD, a flat shipping fee of 30 USD applies. The customs duty and customs clearance fee (if any) belong to our customers.

Exchanging:

We currently do not accept exchanges as all our products are made to order. Please ensure you select your sizes carefully before placing your order.
